The Automatic Sand Filtration System is a modular sand and dust filtration solution that integrates filter media with an automatic backwash cleaning mechanism. Designed for continuous exposure to sand and dust, the system automatically activates the cleaning process when dust accumulation causes filter loading, eliminating the need for frequent manual filter removal and cleaning. This helps maintain stable airflow while protecting air intakes for factories, equipment rooms, and industrial machinery. The Automatic Sand Filtration System can operate as a standalone unit or be configured with multiple modules in parallel to meet high-airflow requirements, making it suitable for industrial facilities and equipment located in severe sand and dust environments.

For overseas distributors, the Automatic Sand Filtration System provides a practical solution for industrial projects in the Middle East, North Africa, Central Asia, and other desert regions. We implement raw-material traceability and component production inspections, followed by 100% final inspection before shipment. Particular attention is given to the reliability of the automatic backwash cleaning mechanism to reduce onsite failures and ensure consistent supply quality for distributors.

Airflow requirements, dust concentration, installation space, and air corrosiveness vary significantly between projects. Modular configurations therefore need to be adjusted according to specific operating conditions. For the Automatic Sand Filtration System, we provide OEM and ODM private-label manufacturing and can customize the system according to customers' technical drawings or sample units. Before production, our technical team evaluates project airflow and sand/dust conditions to assist with module selection and configuration. Throughout production, we can provide factory photos and videos so distributors can keep their end customers informed. Repeat orders can benefit from shorter delivery times.

Our factory has dedicated after-sales personnel and provides a 6–12 month whole-unit warranty. Third-party factory inspections are supported. Sample units can be provided for testing before mass production, with a custom sample development cycle of approximately 3 months. Different models and housing colors can be mixed within the same order. Volume orders may qualify for purchasing discounts. Standard orders require 50% advance payment and 50% balance, while customized orders require 60% advance payment and 40% balance. USD and RMB are accepted, with EXW and FOB trade terms available.

Individual modules are secured in export-grade wooden crates for transportation protection. Pneumatic cleaning components receive separate moisture-resistant packaging. Small accessories are packed in cartons and wrapped with stretch film. EXW and FOB trade terms are available, with settlement in USD or RMB. Key components are stocked in advance, while production schedules are closely monitored and coordinated with ports and customs to support on-time delivery.
