Strong Coils for Long Life
The coils in our Evaporative-Cooled Water Chiller Units are built to last. We use high-quality high-frequency welded tubes. The oval tubes are arranged in a tight pattern. This increases airflow and improves heat transfer. The coils slope to help liquid drain out. This reduces pressure drop. Each coil is tested three times at 2.5MPa before it leaves the factory. After assembly, the whole coil is dipped in a 427℃ pure zinc bath. This hot-dip galvanizing process gives strong corrosion protection. The water spray covers the coils fully. This reduces scale buildup.
