Stainless steel ducts are metal pipes used in process exhaust systems and solvent exhaust systems, and are available in both round and rectangular shapes. These products feature smooth inner walls, excellent airtightness, resistance to chemical acids and alkalis, and high-temperature resistance. They are suitable for temperatures ranging from -66℃ to 149℃ and are made from materials including SUS304 and 316 stainless steel. Surface treatments include mirror finish and brushed finish.

Utilizing computer-aided design, they meet the needs of complex exhaust engineering projects and can eliminate the need for sprinkler systems. The production process includes shearing, rolling, and automatic welding, conforming to the SH/T3517-2001 prefabrication standard for pipes. They are mainly used in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries, covering low-pressure, medium-pressure, and high-pressure systems.
