Special air nozzles are used in the sand-cooled fluidized bed, preventing sand from clogging the nozzles and affecting air supply. The nozzles are evenly distributed across the fluidized bed surface for optimal air distribution.
A multi-channel air and water supply system is employed, using a high-pressure blower for air blowing, a suction fan for air extraction, and a high-pressure water pump for water supply.
An observation window is installed on the sand cooling bed housing, allowing for real-time monitoring of the molding sand's movement within the cooling bed.
A dust exhaust port connected to a dust removal system is provided to promptly remove dust separated during heat exchange, purifying the sand.
The combination of a horizontal fluidized sand cooling bed and a vertical cold storage tank, utilizing a special blower, suction fan, and cooling water system, not only provides excellent cooling but also promotes the suspended transport of the sand, preventing internal blockages.
