Sand removal equipment, also known as sand processing machinery, belongs to the engineering technology field of industrial equipment. It is mainly divided into three categories: fully automatic sand processing lines, semi-automatic sand processing lines, and manual sand processing equipment. This equipment is suitable for dust removal, screening, cooling, and magnetic separation of dry sand in lost foam casting. Core components include a horizontal cooling bed main unit, a high-pressure blower, and a sand flow regulating device.
The equipment includes the S25 series double-arm sand mixer, the ZP series vibrating crusher, a regenerator, a pneumatic conveying device, and an SWT sand temperature regulator. The S25 double-arm sand mixer uses an electric variable diaphragm pump to mix resin sand and water glass sand, while the ZP vibrating crusher breaks down resin sand blocks through suspension vibration. The regenerator includes the S56 series vibrating regenerator and the CRGA series centrifugal regenerator, which respectively achieve demolding regeneration and sand particle rubbing demolding. The SWT sand temperature regulator can cool or heat the regenerated sand to meet different process requirements.
During operation, hot sand is suspended and heat-exchanged in a fluidized bed under the action of airflow and cooling water. Fine powder is separated by a dust removal system, and the cooled sand is discharged from the outlet. The resin sand regeneration system uses mechanical friction, vibration, and centrifugal force to break up sand blocks, with dust removal and screening machines to remove dust. Some systems employ a combination of a horizontal fluidized bed and a vertical cold storage tank to prevent internal blockages.
