Hot sand enters the fluidized bed cooling system from a vertical cold storage tank. Under the action of blown air, it is suspended in a suspended state, and with the help of cooling water, it undergoes heat exchange and cooling. During the movement, friction occurs between the sand particles, causing adhering fine powder to detach and enter the dust removal system with the suction airflow. Simultaneously, the fluidized sand moves from the inlet to the outlet under the action of pressure difference, and the cooled sand is discharged from the outlet of the cooling bed.
